Most of our clients receive their first shortlist within 2 days of completing the in-depth profiling session. The overall timeline varies, but our average from registration to engagement is between 6 and 18 months.

No — we serve families across India, and a number of our clients are NRIs based overseas. Our offices in Mumbai (Wadala), Mumbai (Andheri), Kolkata, Jaipur, and Delhi NCR host in-person meetings; everyone else is served over video. The process stays the same either way.
